Peloton Apparel Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Peloton Apparel Gift Card Terms & Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) apply to Peloton Apparel Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) purchased from the websites, apps, and services operated by Peloton Interactive, Inc. and/or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia (“we,” “our,” or “Peloton”). By purchase, use, or acceptance of Gift Cards, you agree to comply with these Gift Card Terms. Redemption of the Gift Card is also subject to the Peloton Terms of Service and the Apparel Return Policy in the country where redeemed.

Delivery

Gift Cards are delivered electronically via e-mail.  A physical gift card WILL NOT be delivered.  Please note that subject to any additional rights you may have pursuant to any applicable law, rule or regulations, including but not limited to the Australian Consumer Law, Peloton is not responsible for incorrect digital Gift Card delivery due to the entry of an incorrect e-mail address. 

Redemption and issuing entity

Gift Cards have no expiration date. Gift Cards are only redeemable online from the Peloton Apparel website in the country of purchase, and in the currency of the country of purchase.  Gift Cards are not redeemable at Peloton showrooms or third party retail locations.  Gift Cards are not reloadable. If the total amount of an order exceeds the available value of the Gift Card, the recipient can pay the remaining amount using another payment method accepted by Peloton. Gift cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash. Your Gift Card is redeemable online as follows:

Australia: at https://apparel.onepeloton.com.au/. Gift Cards are issued by Peloton Interactive Australia Pty Ltd ACN 644 958 047, of 20 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000.

Risk of loss

Subject to any additional rights you may have pursuant to any applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to Australian Consumer Law, Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, destroyed, or used without your permission. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned, re-loaded, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to any service or transaction fees. Gift Cards are issued by Peloton Interactive, Inc., except as set forth above.  Please treat Gift Cards like cash and be sure to secure your Gift Cards accordingly. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD.

Modification of Gift Card Terms; Use of Gift Cards in violation of these Gift Card Terms

Peloton reserves the right to (1) modify these Gift Card Terms at any time where the change is reasonably necessary to protect Peloton’s legitimate interests and provided the change does not detrimentally affect your rights under these Gift Card Terms. Any modifications will be effective upon posting of such amended Gift Card Terms on this webpage. Your use of the Gift Card after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the modified Gift Card Terms; and (2) void Gift Cards without a refund, cancel or limit orders, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services if Peloton reasonably suspects a Gift Card is obtained, used, applied fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card Terms.

General

If any term of these Gift Card Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that term will be severed from these Gift Card Terms. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 Australia: If your Gift Card was issued by Peloton Interactive Australia Pty Ltd, these Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and the implementation of that Convention into the laws applicable in New South Wales, do not apply.
